The PDP 6" x 12" Concept Black Nickel over Steel Snare Drum features a dual-beaded 1mm rolled steel shell that cuts loudly through just about anything, ringing with plenty of that metallic edge.
This snare has a smaller diameter than most snare drums out there, giving you the ability to crank up the tuning without losing resonance or volume. It's not as snappy and poppy as the 6" x 10" model, but it does have more meat on its bones when it comes to sound quality.
This drum comes equipped with dual-turret lugs, a sturdy MAG throw-off, True-Pitch Tuning tension rods with more threads for finer tuning, and Remo heads.
The shell has been finished in a beautiful mirror-like black nickel finish that looks fantastic under the lights. |
