The solid-state Tweed Amp from Kala is a 5W miniature ukulele amplifier designed to work with pickups installed in any Kala ukulele. The small closed-back combo enclosure features a 5" (4 Ohm) speaker and offers controls for volume, treble,a and bass. The amplifier includes a 1/4" instrument input, a passive 1/8" line input for connecting portable music players, and an 1/8" headphone jack which bypasses the speaker for silent practice sessions. The Tweed Amp can be powered by the included 9 VDC power adapter or by the two included 9V batteries. |
