To get a hardcopy of an invoice, simply go to the bottom of any COAST page, under the Account Menu, you will find “Order History” where you can view all orders made. Select whichever order you’d like an invoice for by selecting “View Details” on the right-hand side of each line. Once on the Order Details page you’ll see the “Download Hardcopy” option, click that and you’ll receive a hardcopy of that invoice.

Brand exclusions do exist on the COAST site, if you see a brand you’re not open to we recommend contacting your sales representative to assist you.

To re-place an order, simply go the bottom of any COAST page, under the Account Menu, you will find “Order History” where you can view all orders made. Select whichever order you’d like to re-order for by selecting “View Details” on the right-hand side of each line. Once on the Order Details page you’ll see the “Reorder Items” option, click that and all items in that order will be added to your cart. You will then be forwarded to your cart for checkout.

In the event you need to reset your account password, simply click the following link: Forgot Password. Enter your account information and an email will be sent to you with the password reset link.

To view your order status, at the bottom of any COAST page, under the Account Menu, you will find “Order History” where you can view all orders made. Simply select whichever order you’d like to check the status of by selecting “View Details” on the right-hand side of each line. Once on the Order Details page you’ll see all order details including order status, tracking numbers, shipping status and backorder information.

To track an order, simply go to the bottom of any COAST page. under the Account Menu, you will find “Track Order” option, select that and input the tracking number in question and you will be redirected to the tracking page. If you do not have the tracking number, at the bottom of any COAST page, under the Account Menu, you will find “Order History” where you can view all orders made. Select whichever order you’d like to get the tracking information of for by selecting “View Details” on the right-hand side of each line. Once on the Order Details page you’ll see Tracking Code on the right-hand side and if you click any of them you will be redirected to the tracking page.

To quickly add items to your cart, we recommend using the Quick Add option we’ve created for the cart. To use the Quick Add, simply go into your cart by selecting the shopping cart icon in the top right of any COAST page. Once in the cart, you will see the Quick Add option on the right-hand side, under the category selector. You can quickly add any item to your cart by inputting the Item ID into the text-box and clicking “Add To Cart”. You can then adjust the quantity of each item in the cart.

To import your order from a spreadsheet, we recommend you download the spreadsheet template. Simply go into your cart by selecting the shopping cart icon in the top right of any COAST page. Once in your cart, select “Import From Excel/CSV” followed by “Download order import template”. This will download you a hardcopy of the template for you to input your Product or Item IDs and quantity for each. Once complete you just go back to Import From Excel/CSV, select “Choose File” and select the template you just made. The items and their quantity will be added to your cart, finish checking out and your order will be on its way!
